“We” and “us” means Al-Yassin Appiances Ltd.
“You” means the person placing an order.

“The contract is agreed” – by completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase products which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.

By using the website to order goods online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Ordering

By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.

After you have placed your order:

1. You will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered. This email is not an order acceptance from us.

2. We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:

        a) We do not have the products in stock

        b)There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products

        c) You have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below

        d)The wrong delivery fee was charged due to incorrect address format, unless you accept to pay the extra charges.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4. Cancelling an order before it has been processed

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we process it. Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order. If you can’t get through us email us on our email orders@al-yassinappliances.com with your order number and address details.

PAYMENTS

We don’t ask for credit card details on the phone. If you select Cash On Delivery do not pay over the phone kindly visit our store or pay our delivery driver with cash on arrival of your product. Don’t make any payments to an MPESA number. The only number we call with to confirm your order is 0700555702. If you receive calls from any other number please don’t follow instructions and decline.

Refund Policy

In the event that your order is cancelled we offer a 100% refund. We will refund the total amount paid in either cash or the method that was used to pay for the item. We will not refund orders that have already been processed , unless authorized by the manager.

Return Policy

We have a strict return policy, and we only accept returns based on the following (2) conditions

1) The item we delivered to you was not the item that was ordered on the website.

2) The item had damages when delivered. The item should be inspected prior to the departure of the delivery truck or else the item will not be refunded, as we have no way to verify.
