Yes you can cancel your order as long as we haven’t dispatched the item or haven’t made a special order. Please consult with our team to confirm if you will be eligible for a free cancellation.

We deliver most items within 24-48 hours from the order. Most orders are delivered within 24 hours. 

No, only orders that are above 50,000/- will include free delivery within Nairobi.

Yes, most of the products are backed up with manufacture warranty. Kindly get in touch with our team member to confirm exact manufacture warranty period.

Yes you can we have a lipa pole pole plan which is eligible on most items. The customer is required to contact us with their details, and we register them. Deposit is strictly valid for only 90 days from the first deposit. No refunds on deposit payments.

Yes, We do please get in touch with our team. We usually send the tv to the service centre for a quotation and after that we let the customer know the cost.

Yes, We give the customer the option to pay with cash on delivery as long as the item is being delivered within Nairobi. All orders sent by couriers will require payment prior to sending.

We offer the customer to choose their favourite items online, and after selecting they get to choose to pick up their items at our store. This method is used for clients looking for a quick transaction with less hasle. We keep your products ready and all you have to do is pick them up and if you want to pay before you can or alternatively you can pay at the store when collecting.

If you selected pick up in store we will send you an email or text when your items are ready for pick up. We only hold items for 24 hours for unpaid orders and a maximum of 48 hours for paid orders. 

We only refund your order if it hasn’t been dispatched or ordered from the warehouse. In the event a refund is approved by management. If you paid using PESAPAL (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) it can take between 4-15 days. We will have to process the refund with PESAPAL so we can’t guarantee the timeline. In the event you paid using our Lipa na Mpesa option the refund can take between 4- 20 days for refund to take place.  These timelines are not guaranteed and are subject to change.

We try to fulfill all deliveries within 6- 48 hours from order date excluding Sundays.
