Our distribution and logistics team are always working to expand our delivery zones further

For the majority of areas, we deliver most of our goods Monday to Saturday on our own trucks. For more information on the charges to different areas feel free to contact our store.

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule deliveries at specific times of the day. We will usually deliver during business hours, however in some selected zones we deliver as early as 8:30am and as late as 7:00pm.

For your convenience, if your delivery is being made on one of our trucks, our driver will call on the morning of delivery before 10am with an approximate 2-hour delivery window, and again 1 hour before the delivery takes place.

If your delivery is scheduled for 8.30am our driver will call you as they leave the store, making every effort to give you as much notice as they can.

Our drivers will need to see a photo ID of the person who placed the order (or that person’s representative) and all deliveries must be signed for.

For deliveries of Audio Visual (AV) appliances such as TVs and audio systems, our drivers need the purchaser to be present, showing both their ID and the credit card used to make the order.

What happens if you are not home to accept delivery?

If we find a delivery address is unattended then we’ll leave a contact calling card so another delivery day can be organized for another day, Note that you will be charged again for the next delivery.

Change of delivery details

If you need to change a delivery date or the delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Team at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Installation & Connection
